Brother Innovis NS2750D Embroidery and Sewing Machine with $199 Bonus Bundle

The machine itself is absolutely great!! I love everything about it. I'm still learning and I enjoy all of my crafts that I have created. However I do feel/felt cheated out of my purchase. I'm not sure if the CD that was supposed to come with the machine was supposed to be a Brother Branded CD but the designs don't see like the designs when you purchase off the brother embroidery website. When I originally purchased the machine I had to email the seller about what I had received a few times because he had took it upon hisself to change items listed in the original selling listing. Im just a person who once I have done my research on an item I want what was listed or I feel like the sell is a dupe and I'm getting played with my purchase. The original conversation was to try to get me to cancel my original order because their website had a better sale that came with a program that I looked up and it doesn't even work with my Mac. When you go to the website at the time you couldn't find the sale so I should've thought red flag for everything. Overall I'm am happy with my machine purchase but I don't think I will buy from this seller again. Much success to them though! Genuinely!!
