I just purchased this ink cartridge. As of now, it is functioning as expected - easy to install, prints nicely with solid black ink, but only time will tell how long the printing quality will last under normal use.

Not sure when I will use it.

The ink is exactly what I ordered and have ordered previously from Walmart. It arrived in expected time. The reason I gave it a low rating is due to the condition of the product box which was shipped in a thin bubble wrap envelope and didnt protect the box the ink cartridges are packaged in at the factory. The cartridges have sturdy shrink wrap that don't appear to be compromised but I haven't opened them yet!

I purchased this double pk of black ink as well as a multi pack of colored ink for my Brother printer. I received the black ink first. the package was a bit dented in but the inside plastic packing was intact. I inserted the first ink cartridge and seemed to be going well. But after just a short time my printer displayed "replace cartridge, no black ink." There is no way I printed 500 ( shy of the pgs purported for the cartridge to fulfill) or more pages in such a short period of time. I had to open and place the second black cartridge in the printer I usually get several months out of a cartridge. Then the color package arrived with the ink package box inside another packing box. The inside ink packaging was not only smashed and damaged. It was also taped together. I will be placing a request for refund. Very disappointed in this purchase.

I didn't receive my express delivery due to driver didnt follow instructions. Customer Service Agents have been very rude and disrespectful regarding my refund. By the way Walmart is declining the refund and/or replacement. I was advised to contact my bank regarding my refund which cannot be done because walmart has not released the authorization hold or refunded the money from the remaining order that was cancelled.
