Perfect packaging
Perfect amount of packaging, less waste to deal with. Each ink cartridge is packaged separately. Because of the XXL size there is less need to change the cartridges.

One ink did not work
The cyan did not work for me. Printer never recognized the ink cartridge when installed. Should've tried installing right after I bought it, waited like a month, so probably nothing I can do about it.
