I needed printer ink and I would usually buy it off Amazon but they ran out so I decided to check Walmart and luckily they had the specific one I needed. I am super familiar with the ink, it works well and last for quite a while, I've never had any problems:)

I've been using a Brother printer since 1991±, they're reasonably priced, reliable, and you don't have to remortgage your home to buy replacement ink cartridges. When the low ink warning lit up it gave me an excuse to try your new shipping policy. I'm happy to say your new shipping policy lived up to your claims. I'll likely use it often in the future. Would like to see a lower price. Have tried generic substitutes with mixed results. Stick with the original.

Since I have to buy this product, it is a good value. However, I am not recommending the printer because the print jobs just STOP until you replace the ink cartridge.

As with the other colors, I have not used this black yet as my printer is still printing OK even though it keeps telling me I am low on ink. I will not change cartridges until my printer is not printing good copies. Sorry.

I have a Brother MFC-J491DW printer. I selected this cartridge because it stated that it was for the model that I have. WRONG! Overall shape is close but no cigar. I usually have no problem with the ink, especially since it comes from Brother, but they have the cartridge/model number all wrong. I am returning.
