Brother MFC-J6930DW All-in-One Inkjet Printer (MFC-J6930DW)

Only had the MFC-J6930DW for two days but already love it " Yes I said love it". It's almost silent the last Brother printer which gave up the ghost made a terrible clanking noise. Just Finished the design & print of 450 Xmas cards for various members of the family business. It was so easy no more having to manually print the inside of the cards thanks to auto duplex printing even mail merged clients names inside and printed the envelopes, pity the MFC-J6930DW could not stuff the envelopes as well hate that boring job "Oh well only another 125 to go" plus at least 3 more cups of coffee to keep me awake.

This printer does it all. I had a similar model for five years (which is still in great working order) but got fed up changing the tray for A4/A3 printing, so decided to go for this model with two trays. Lazy but practical! I LOVE this printer. It's quiet, a bit taller than my previous A3 printer but not obtrusive. Touch screen is easy to use. Scans double sided A3 AND emails the file straight to your inbox! Excellent value. Ink cartridges on Amazon Prime, for next day delivery. I've used different paper types with no issues. The ink cartridges that come with it have lasted ages - I'm printing every day and it even has a quiet mode. Very impressed - well done Brother.

I bought this printer MFC-J8930DW as a replacement for my Brother MFC- 6490CW which has lasted me well for the last 5 odd years and was still working but I needed an upgrade with so smarted features. I work from home as part of a medium manufacturing business and needed a replacement printer to print and scan documents in both colour and BW in A4 and A3 sizes. This one is perfect, quick to print and scan and really easy to set up. I didn't even have to run a cable from my network as it connects wirelessly. It prints with ease both sides of the paper with great quality and can remote print for Iphone and Ipad, which is a joy as it saves turning on my laptop each time. I print lots of drawings and documents every day and have not had any issues. The print is clear and sharp and doesn't use as much ink as the last one and it holds more paper in two trays. It has lots of cleaver features and is a fully multi use printer. Well done Brother. Its smart, cost effective and the best printer I have had thus far. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

This printer gives fantastic results with printing good quality photographs and is the best printer I have bought. Always had HP printers until I seen this one and compared to simular HP printers in same range brother is by far the top of the 2 brands.

I purchased this machine as a backup printer for my office. It is now being used far more often than expected due to ease of use and print quality. So far no issues and pleased with purchase. This machine is quite large but then all printers that can scan and print A3 are large. Far better than my HP multifunction troublesome machines.

Bought this to replace an existing Brother printer. It was easy to set up and so far has been easy to use. I spent around 15 minutes setting up shortcuts for scanning, paper tray settings etc and now even my boss can scan to email,network or pc with no trouble. I can now work more from home because work can be scanned and sent - no problem! We quickly used the starter ink so I am just waiting to see how long the new inks last. Not having to change paper for A3 copying and printing is an added bonus

This is a big printer so definitely more for office than home use. Easy to set up and install Does what it's suppose to and to a good quality Ink lasts a little longer than our last printer too We brought it as it could print A3 too which it does to a good quality.

I have had this printer for 1 year and is impossible to use. It does not connect to anything. And it never works half the time. Save yourself pain and tears and don't buy it!

I have my printer now 3 years. It wasn't that easy to set up for office use and its scanning set up are poor) but the nail in its coffin has been over the last 2 months of spending a fortune in inks & cleaners because it constantly refuses to recognise new cartridges (Brother or otherwise) and ergo wont print. Totally and thoroughly fed up with this machine.

I've had a number of printers over the years, almost all were simple plug-n-play printers, which after being plugged in would with very simple controls, either print, copy or scan. NOT THIS ONE!!!!! Every new fuction I have wanted to do with this 'SMART' print has taken far too long to resolve, at leat one I have given up on and have to put up with major inconveniances on a daily basis. Now for the first time, I simply wanted to scan an old photograph and save it as an image on the PC = no chance....spent over an hour so far being sent deeper and deeper into the black art of comms/networks/IP addresses etc. WHY!!! I know it can talk to the PC as I can print OK....will try again after a holiday... So far, conclusion is WORST PRINTER I HAVE EVER HAD...
