Brother MFC-J775DWXL Color Inkjet Multifunction Printer

I am a former long time user (20+ years) of another popular, well known, brand of All-In-One inkjet printers ... but finally determined that their reliability was no longer was acceptable...lasting less than two years. I switched to a Brother All-In-One in 2013...and it lasted 5.5 years. When I found this one at Sam's Club, I trusted it because it appeared to be the replacement for the 2013 model. So far, it is operating just like my previous one.

When I read the reviews on this unit every one noted that they received the unit free of charge from Brother. The reviews were for the most part very good, but you have to wonder about reviews when you are given a free copier. However, with that said I have used this unit about 3 weeks now and I am very pleased so far in how it operates and the quality of the copies. Set up was relatively easy and I would guess I spent about 45 minutes total before having all its functionality working. Once it was set up running the machine was quite simple. I like getting an ample supply of ink to begin with and with the cartridges being XL's I think it is going to be a real plus in ink longevity. So far everything has been very positive and I would definitely re-buy this same unit.

Great printer & super easy to set up

We've used this printer heavily for 6 years. It just keeps running, no problems.

I've had this printer for two years at home use and I love it. The color copies are great Quality. I will need another for an office use so ill be purchasing another in the next month. I also have another brother printer that prints black only and I hope they have it stock still, because I had that one over 5 years and I'll need one for an outside office use as well. They're both easy to set up and it's great quality.

I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. This printer works excellent. It was easy to set up. It connected wirelessly with no problem. The color pictures are beautiful and come out flawlessly. The printing is very fast and it doesn`t make a whole lot of noise at all. The scanning feature is easy to use. I had trouble locating the files at first, but once I figured it out, there was no problem. I have not used the fax feature yet as I do not have a phone line for it. I really like this printer and recommend it to anyone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Love this copy machine was so sick of HP copiers that only lasted 6 months each one of them always stopped making copys sick of it so switched up to Brother Inkvestment, which gave me enough ink for 2 years. I notice it barley used any ink while making several copys. I think I am really going to like this name brand. But it was a pain in the you no what to set up with my windows 7 . I had to down load there version online to get it to work, the disk did not work.. Took a few hours. But now working just fine. Color pics are not the best must say HP had them beat on that one, but I just use for making copies of contracts so it works for me.

Very good value with all the features I needed. The only thing I don’t love is the print speed - much slower than I expected

I have been spoiled by my last two Brother printers, and want to keep them all running! Also love the Paperport utility, my only issues are the printer property window opens so large I cannot select OK as it is off the screen, and it does not have air print capability. But I will survive and continue to love Brother!

Tedious interface with wireless devices. But does a good job of printing.
