Brother genuine toners are great but a bit overpriced, I order genuine because we are high volume users. Compatible brands have cause printer issues that require repairs. Out cost analysis convinced me to use genuine to save repair cost and downtime.
It is always better to use the name brand. I find that I have less trouble with them and have never had to return these items.
Very good and easy transaction. The product was very simple to install and printed my test documents like a new printer.
Like using the brother drum
The drum did last to around 11,000 pages before it started saying I needed a new one. I have had this printer for about 3 years now. So I think that was a pretty good run!
thankful the drum on our printer can be so easily replaced and is recyclable. We plan to always buy Brother Printers and products!
I have used mine for 6 years and used it. It's black and white. It says replace photoconductor? I think that's the drum? It shows the thing that holds in cartridge? I am not sure if I should get a new one or not. You can use Arthur ink if you want a generic brand. Mine got messed up cuz a paper jam. I don't know if I should replace it or look at new ones. I just want black and white.
This is the "real deal" for Brother printers. Unfortunately, my printer is now squeaking. Hope the drum lasts as long as the previous one!
Replaced the drum last week with a brand new unit and it still says it needs a new drum. I can find no information on how to fix this issue online.
how to turn on turn on and turn off brothers machine!
