Excellent printer. The features are great and meet our needs perfectly.
It is working beautifully for all our office needs. We are getting our paperwork printed very quick.
Decent printers, terrible support if they send you a faulty unit. You will not be receiving a replacement.
Customer service by Brother is terrible. there timeline take weeks to address an issue.
Printer worked for about 90 pages, since then it stopped working. double feed crumbles all the papers around. its useless.
