The sticker side works well, in my experience. The machines takes 6 AAA batteries. There are a number of buttons to customize the text that you write, such as fonts, capital letters, punctuation, etc. My only constructive comment is that some of the button options are not completely intuitive for someone like me who hasn't used a label maker before. As such, I will have to find an online video or tutorial to help me, because there were no in-depth instructions provided in the box. There were instructions on how to assemble the device, and safety information, but not about how to make use of all the buttons and the various options. Overall, I am pleased with this machine and look forward to making many labels with it to organize things around the house.

The product was very easy to set up and easy to use. For the features, I like that there are symbols and pictographs which make my label fancy and visual rather than only using boring words. I like that I can change the different fonts, size, width, and even the style to meet my various needs. I could also include text boxes, shadows, and underline to further highlight the texts on the labels. The labels are also easily removable and leaves no stains behind. The downside for me was that the device model only uses battery and is not rechargeable. Also, I would have loved to have a bigger font than the biggest option provided. A larger selection of pictographs would be great too although what was available was ok for my pantry organization. I recommend for anyone trying to stay organized and needs visual labels to help achieve this purpose.

The exterior is sleek and clean. The installation of the tape is very easy. The creation of the labels is also quite intuitive. The label maker allows you to type two rows of letters on one label and you can customize the label with a variety of logos/emojis, frames, a few different fonts and 2 font sizes. One thing that I wish it can show is how the frame and font and logos would appear on the label, right now for these things you can only see if once you printed it out. Perhaps if you can even just show it on the user manual that'd be helpful. I also wonder if it is feasible to fit both thicker and thinner tapes using the same machine, that'd be handy too. I use these label stickers to organize my craft station as well as my kitchen spice rack. But the options are endless. It is useful and also so much fun.

Sockingly disappointed. No Manuel, or instructional pictures, or anywhere to direct you to a link or video. Battery opperated...figure won't last long for lengthy projects. Although compact not egonomic friendly for small hands. However I did give it one star for being compact with LCD function, and another star for easiness to cut and read lcd window without glear because of the angle installed ( Fantastic - Love it). Love your Brand but this one needs to go back to QA and ADD where to find instructions or video ( at the least minimum - its a one liner...how did they miss that?)

My last p-touch label maker lasted 27 years. I bought a new one today. The hand-held version. It arrived without a user manual, just plenty of instructions about safety, cautions, and warnings and a leaflet of pictures showing set-up without a word of instructions. I have fooled with this thing for 30 minutes, including asking AI to explain some of the buttons. I am disgusted that they couldn't just include a pamphlet showing the different keys and their functions with actual WORDS to explain how to use the devise. The on-line user manual is even more confusing! It's going to get another 30 minutes of my life and then it gets returned and I'll buy a competitor...any competitor that is user friendly.
