Brother P-Touch PTH103W Handheld Personal Label Maker with Tape, New, 1 Piece

I was always worried about buying one of these because it seems banal %26 may push my OCD into overdrive. But, with this product I couldn't be happier. It has so many great emojis and frames that are so simple to access and make my own! Loading the ribbon %26 batteries is a breeze. The bright color reminds me to make more labels..I can't forget it, in other words.

This label maker is amazing! It comes with teal and blue tape to get started and the trial rolls last surprisingly long. They are so many fonts, boarders, icons to insert! I made labels for all my teachers and friends and they love them. Stick them on your Stanley or Owala! The back peels off without issue and the machine is fun to use. Note it takes 6 AAA batteries. Have those on hand

This is just what I needed for my garage storage. This also helps save money by not purchasing multiple items that I already have. Use six batteries. Has the option for a wall adapter. Would have been nice if it was included.the unit works flawlessly. Too many features to mention.comes with two sample tapes. Best to purchase full reals.

I love this label maker. I bought it to organize my She Shed which is a 10'x20' building that is packed with all of my crafting supplies and it's so unorganized. I purchased the label maker to help me get my self back to doing my crafts again after our move from DFW area to retire in East Texas!!! I am very excited and I can't wait to get finished with making the hundreds of labels to get me there!

So this is not the one I ordered but one I was substituted in my order. I don't love it or hate it. Yes it functions fine, it's easy to assemble also. It does require six batteries that it does not come with. It's got a little bit of a learning curve to it. Once you get the hang of it it's alright. I wanted it for labeling foods that I repackaged in my pantry. What I don't love is the keyboard order, the lack of cute fonts and how much tape is used every print. It does get the job done but not like I was hoping for. I have since ordered a second label maker for my spices to give me the aesthetic I'm hoping for. This is a good choice for anyone who isn't as picky as I am. Bonus that the labels stick to glass and peel easily.

I love this label maker, but I decided to give it a four stars because I continuously have cutter errors. be mindful that you will also need to purchase six AAA batteries. get the good ones. don't go cheap because the cheap ones burn out very quickly. I separately purchased black background with white letters for my labels to label my vacation rental cabinets and light switches to replace the previous white and discolored labels and I'm very happy with the outcome. overall it is a great label maker, I just hope that they can fix the cutter issue because I'm wasting a lot of expensive tape. when it has problems with the cutter. It will stop mid type to tell me that there's a cutter error and then I'll have to start over again. But it's weird because I'm not even touching the cutter, so that's super annoying.

It's bulky, LED window dim and hard to read. The directions are a fairly complicated. Comes with a hideous green label tape that prints white text - awful and illegible. Why not just include 2 white tapes that print black text?

I brought PT-H103W which worked ok only with batteries but I expected it to work with an adapter as the box says not included but requires batteries and or power adapter and I spoke to Macayla today from Brother customer service and she said that this model only uses batteries. Therefore this product description is incorrect and misleading both on product packaging and Walmart website. I returned to Walmart because I wanted to purchase an adapter but per Makayla I am unable to for this model per manual . So I was very disappointed.

Very wasteful. Every unique print has about an inch of blank space you cannot prevent it from wasting. At about $18 a refill, that adds up quite a bit for cost, and is just a pile of blank waste when doing a project. The device itself has plenty of features, a solid input system, and only minor performance issues that can be easily overlooked. Example being capitalization is a toggle, and I couldn't find a way to set it for just first-letter operation, and first Clear option is Format AND Text instead of just Text, throwing off sequences of similar formats easily. If it could have its menus changed by the user, and reduce the excessive waste I'd probably consider the refills worth it, but as it stands I'll probably only get 1 refill to finish the project that's now incomplete with what came in the box, and get rid of it after.

There are so many label makers out there that have replaceable labels for WAY CHEAPER. They give you a measly “trial size' of label tape. Nothing so special about this label maker to make it so expensive for refill.
