Great machine! Purchased it to replace another one I had had for 10 years. Bought a more updated model that only does Embroidery. Love the larger 5” x 7” frame. Great selection of embroidery patterns!
Ordered this Brother PE800 off this app, arrived on time like it stated . I have not tried it yet , didnt come with top thread but does come with a spool of bobbin thread . So looking forward to learning more each day . Not sure what kind of Stabilizer came with it , not labeled ( cut-away or tear) . Everything listed does come in the box . i have been doing research and price watching for the last 10 months.
Absolutely love this machine! We needed to upgrade our old brother that only had a 4x4 embroidery space, so we decided to get this unit which will do both 4x4 and 5x7. We've been happy with the Brother machine s so this was an easy ( and successful) choice for us
The machine itself is easy to maintain, and easy to use. the sewing area is 5 inches by 7 inches and comes pre-oiled. i have used it to the point that it now has a 4 million stitch count after only a few months of use and it has not given me any problems
I love this machine, it does everything thing that I wanted and needed I have used the machine every day, all most all day long and just couldn't ask for a better machine for the price, Daughter has a a very expensive machine and so far this Brother does every thing hers does am not disappointed
Great machine for beginners and experienced crafters. I even had my Mother( she doesn't have a crafty bone in her body) embroider her own towel from start to finish. Selecting the design, moving it, choosing the threads and thread changes. The only thing I helped her with was hooping and taking turns watching it stitch out. So 7,842 stitches later, it was complete. This is the first Brother product I have purchased, it will not be the last!!
Perfect starter machine, easy to use, Tons of tips and tricks on TikTok if your new to it! Love love love it!
The display is awesome. I had to clean broke thread out of the machine after using it for just a couple of days, I'm not sure if the thread was in the machine or if it was thread from me because I started having thread breaks right after I started using it. Would I buy the same machine again, probably not.
IT worked well in the 1st few weeks, then afterwards, the embroidery stitches are no longer tight and precise. Then the bottom bobbin kept getting stuck and the embroidery machine would stop in the middle and I couldn't recover. The embroidery looked bad so I had to return the machine.
The machine looked completely brand new, but when I was going to use it for the first time, I discovered that the bobin receiver tray was full of rust. I may be the one-in-a-million case, but it happened. I returned the machine wanting a replace, but since the seller is not Walmart, the only available path is refund and repurchase. But the refund take about 3 weeks to be done... I contacted the seller to check if I could handle the replacement directly with them, but they told me that I would have to pay for the shipping (from Miami to Oklahoma, that's not cheap). By the way... the box in which my machine came had a partially teared shipping label to someone in Kansas City (last picture, I covered the name and address for that person's privacy). So I suppose I am not the first one returning the machine... maybe for the same reason?
