Walmart stand by sellers decision not to refund
Do not order this machine unless you are 100% sure it is the one you want. Seller will only take back unopened box. And Walmart stands by sellers decision. So you are stuck with t machine

Machine was broken when it was received
As soon as we open the machine, the needle threader would not thread the needle. It would not go down completely, and was already broken. We had threaded and tried running some stitching and no matter what tensions we used or the stitching was horrible. I think this machine was used and refurbished and not even a good refurbish and sent I will be returning it.
