The shipper shipped in a timely fashion, everything advertised was included. This is fantastic for anyone who wants to embroider. Would recommend to all, in fact a friend of mine is going to buy one for herself. it's easy to get online and use. I absolutely love it!!??

This has been one of the best purchases I have ever made! You definitely need to learn a ton of basics before being able to successfully embroider anything. I would recommend taking classes.. but I just had a ton of patience and YouTube videos and I have been nonstop exploring new ways to use this machine. I love love love it and everything that comes with it gives you a great starting point

Everything arrived exactly as expected. Use the items a handful of times so far with no problems (need to practice more myself as a user) but on Walmart and everything is great!

I Enjoy my Embroidery Machine, it was easy to learn to use it after reading the Operation Manual and also a few classes on You-tube. I have done a lots of things in such a short time. I did not know how easy it was.

We bought it for a christmas gift for our daughter. She has wanted this machine for a while so we know she will love it. She keeps borrowing mine and using it.

It came a week earlier than expected so I was able to get going on my project again. I love this machine.

I love the machine and it was easy to set up and use. The embroidery joop is small. It is as advertised as 4 by 4 inches but not practical for most projects.

Too much. Too complicated. Too hard to figure out. I guess if you really want an embroidery machine, go all out and get one in the 4-5000 range. I had one years ago like that and they gave me lessons at the dealership. I had so much fun and it was so easy. This one doesn't compare at all. It took me like 30 minutes to figure out the needle threader. Then the needle broke the first time I tried to use it. No fault of my own. On the bright side, it comes with tons of supplies, threads backing etc Just not worth the hassle to me.

There's a lot of goodies with this machine. The directions are not clear and the DVD doesn't work. I'm gonna have to look at you tube to figure this out. It's quiet.
