Also, love that it's a sewing machine as well with over one hundred designs as well as different fonts. Still trying to master the many features this machine has. I am absolutely in love with my new sewing/embroidery machine! I have not stopped making quilts and costumes for my entire family! Very easy to assemble from box, the instructions were clear and precise. My favorite attribute to this product is it is programmable and does the design for you! I recommend this machine for anyone, from a beginner to a professional.

I love that it threads it's own needle. Being able to control the speed of the stitching is nice and easy to use. I have been sewing elk and deer hide with this machine. It is doing a nice job so far. I have plenty to still learn about what all this sewing machine is capable of.

I am amazed by this product and my son loves it too I can use the marvel hero add ons for him too!!! Love love love this brother lb5000m marvel edition!

I haven't had it very long. But, I have used several different stitches (not embroidery yet) and they worked well. It takes some time to get used to a new machine. One thing I really like is that in sewing mode it back stitches right away for you. I will try to update as I use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must admit, I was a little intimidated when the sewing machine arrived. I was worried that it would be too complicated to figure out. Threading the machine and attaching the embroidery hoop was super easy. I was pleasantly surprised how well written the manual was. While I couldn't figure it out on my own, the manual walked me through step-by-step. Within 15 minutes, I was creating my first embroidery sample. There was some prep shopping required. My only complaint was that no where did I see that you must touch the screen to get started.

There's a bit of a learning curve, but it really helps to read the instructions (duh), and once I got over the nerves of using a highly computerized machine things went well. I am a novice in the world of sewing, but this machine makes me feel like a pro. I am looking forward to learning how to import other designs into the embroidery function. I must admit, I'm not really a Marvel universe fanboy, but the technology is what drew me to this machine. I also need to hem some pants, this can do that too! Win!

Only have had machine a week and it messing up. Machine made of cheap plastic. Tried to Register Machine to get Tecnical help says my serial number not found? I have had brother machines in the past was very happy with. I wish I would have researched more before i purchased this one.
