GOOD MACHINE
This machine is a good product. Although I thought it had scanning capabilitles, it does not. It does good sublimation work and that is why I decided to buy it. It might not be as fast as other machines, but it works for me. I was able to get it up and running in no time.

Amazing product. You cannot use the Artspira on a computer unless you have a Mac, but it works with your phone or iPads. I did not receive the 3rd pack of the bigger paper so I will be reaching out to the company for that to be sent out.

Printer is alright, but the program used is not.
I have Brother products. I trust Brother products. This, however, is a different issue. The program they use cannot be used on a laptop. All of my work is done on a laptop. Phones or tablets are too small for ease of use. If you don't have ability to use either of their options, the program associated with the printer is completely useless.
