scan n cut mats .get a new one save time and $$$
these matts should be changed out pretty often because they are not lifetime they wear out and they wear out quicker and faster... more if you don't take care of them I literally been fighting with my old Mat for years this new mat saved so much time. I'm buying the second one to always have a fresh one in stock it's a lifesaver buy two

Poor packaging
Product exactly what I wanted unfortunately because the mat was sent in a plastic bag it was bent durning shipping. Doesn't scan properly. Very disappointed.

The will not work with my cutter, it's saying that this mat cannot be used. Meaning it's not connected. Meaning I wasted my money.

Promise of a 3 day delivery did not occur.
Delivery time was a main factor for ordering this item from this company. The item was delayed well past the promised date. As a results I missed out on an important event.
