Perfect Manufacturer Replacement Cartridges
The toner cartridges are ACTUAL Brother toner cartridges, NOT an off brand or gray market copies. This is important for good operation of the printer. I have never had a problem with original Mfr toner cartridges. They are packaged very well so shipment is not a problem. Shipping time is excellent. Will buy again when needed.

Non Brother ink in a brother toner. How??
I added this toner sold and shipped by Walmart. I keep getting errors like “Open the front door cover and install the toner” with the list of colors. Some times it's just one or two or three. Other times it's “one or more toner cartridges are not detected. Pull out and reinsert all 4 toner cartridges.” I called Brother and they asked for the serial numbers. When I provided the serial numbers as in the attached image “Based on the information you provided, the ink currently installed in your machine appears to be non-Brother inks..” I never imagined this was even possibility.
