Brother Work Smart MFC-J1260W Wireless Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer

Senior citizen that is not tech savvy but for a fee with Brothers tech department - they got my printer up and running! Satisfaction of the customer is very high for these guys! Thank you!

Just set it up and so far so good. Fairly easy directions. I only wish they had a little more detailed instructions or pictures. However it didn't take long to figure it out.

Interesting noise it makes when printing. A bit sci-fi ish. It's not extremely loud but it sure makes me stop what I'm doing, a little concerned. But it prints wellI and pretty fast. I gave it 4 stars because if I had read the description better I would have realized it didn't have autofeed. (That's was one of my filters but I it let this one through) But I didn't and I needed it for something urgent at the time, so I guess I'm keeping it. It could be worse.

Requires someone with experience with setting up printers. I like the design but having trouble getting this setup to work properly. Also, possible subscription issues as well.

Plug won't stay in, cuts off , difficult to work with but I have had some success . I have to hold the plug at a certain angle The software down loaded with the USB cable . No I am not going to return it . At least now I am able to get it to print documents from my computer .

Hard difficulty with getting the printer to setup mobile connection. The printer after several failed attempts could not connect.

This printer was the absolute worst printer to set up. The print function is ok, but the quality of the printer is cheap, and the fact that it took three hours to set up is ridiculous…and I have a Masters degree in technology. I won't be buying another Brother printer.

Does not recognize ink unless your using their extremely expensive cartridges that cost as much as the printer. It continually says it out of ink even with its own cartridges. Feels like a scam and I'm ver disappointed.

Did not come with an USB cable, would not connect to my WiFi, also stated that drivers needed to be downloaded! I never checked to see if had a screen, like it was all black, I figured it did, I also bought it in a hurry online. Something that should have been so simple turned out impossible.
