It did do what it says it would do. Covered the grays. It was easy to use and I have already recommenced it to more that one person. And it worked for them. ; )

It's the first time I finally found hair dye that I'm NOT allergic to. By the way, if you don't want BLACK, BLACK, do NOT use this ... it really covers the grays!

since I started using this shampoo i love the ease of it coloring my hair I'll never go back to that other way

Instructions are not good but you can still figure out how to use it

ordered 2, black and dark brown. turns out the black was semi permanent and my daughter done my hair without fully reading rhe box. the brown which was not dark brown was chesnut color is permanant and it turned my hair more orange than anything. will not purchase again. still trying to figure out how to get it out of my hair.

I do not know if it is the jinxing in this product or the color dye. I had a severe allergic reaction. I used it more than a month ago, and I am still dealing with the hives and the allergies from this product. I've used others very similar, but this brand is the first time using it and something in it must be too strong. It does cover the grays very well, but if you have sensitive skin or sensitive scalp, I would definitely not recommend you use it because it is very strong.
