People, Brownberry makes real bread! I love the sourdough, and, from reading the ingredients, it's the real thing. Do a water test on your bread to see if it's real. If it is real, water will turn it into mush. I keep seeing people on You Tube with bread that functions more like a sponge than food. Where? I haven't run across that here in Kansas City ! WalMarts butter is cream and salt. That's what it should be everywhere. Don't fear Walmart. (Just don't buy any meat or produce from them, LOL). If anyone here in KC has found fake food, please let me know. I have to eat this slop too!

I believe this bread to be healthier, denser, and tastier, than most breads out there, due to suspect ingredients, known, or unknown... BEWARE, of ingredients, like dough conditioner! This could be anything from pig gristle, to animal hair, or even human hair - manufacturers gather from salons!!!

They were out of the sourdough we normally buy so this was the substitution, but it was soft and tasty!

I've eaten a lot of sourdough bread in my life, and the texture was pretty close, but this was basically just White bread. I could not hardly taste the sour of the sourdough (if it's actually sourdough.) Plus, it's cut SO thick, it might as well be called Texas toast.
