Softest sub buns on the shelf. In my opinion. Perfect for re-creating our favorite subs on the Mainstays toaster oven. The bread will not break apart upon opening and has a pretty decent shelf life.

This bread makes every meal yummy.
Soft, firm, deliciously scented of fresh homemade bread in an oversized long bun shape, that is perfect for rib eye sandwiches to thick peanutbutter sandwiches to submarines. It all works on this Brownberry bread. Oh it is so good.

Very close to white bread.
These have the taste and consistency of white bread. It says otherwise on the label, but that's what they seemed like to me. I would not eat them on a Keto diet or a similar diet; there may be too many carbs.

Great taste but molds quickly
Great tasting but it molds quickly within 2 days. Definitely needs to be kept in the refrigerator if not used up right after purchasing.

Never again
This item is not good. It is undercooked, and when you open it, the inside is really sticky. Additionally, I found something black and sticky on the back of one of the buns. Yuck! I would never recommend this item or any Brownberry products to anyone.

got moldy within 3 days
Brownberry Specialty Steak Rolls might be great, but I don't know because I bought them %26 had them delivered on Monday for Thanksgiving, they were short dated to 11/28 %26 they were full of green fuzzy mold on Thursday (11/27) afternoon. Thankfully, I still had dinner rolls %26 bread from the previous order the Friday before. It definitely wasn't moisture in my house that caused the mold or everything from the previous order was fine for another week. Unfortunately, I have had quite a few perishable items delivered that were short dated, already spoiling upon receipt, chunky milk well before the date on the jug, chicken with funky juices or poked open with leaking juices or discolored or brown congealed blood or juices underneath it, etc. It is probably due to my specific store.
