Healthiest plant ever!! Highly recommend!
Received the most healthiest looking bonsai and it is absolutely stunning and beautiful! It has healthy air roots and is properly trimmed and potted. The packaging itself was amazing and it arrived with absolutely NO Damage - not even a single lost leaf or broken twigs. I bet I wouldn't have been able to carry it this well myself from a local store. The soil and pot was intact with no sign of loose mud at all. The plant itself is large and healthy and was watered adequately to survive during shipment. So thankful to the person who took care of packaging it so well!

Arrived in perfect condition. Better than the pictured. All of the trees I've ordered from Walmart have been great. Would defiantly buy again.

Gorgeous and arrived in perfect condition!
I was scared to have a plant shipped but it arrived in perfect condition since it was packaged so securely. It is gorgeous! Better than the photos in my opinion. Love the shiny dark green leaves juxtaposed against the rough grayish-brown bark of the trunk. Now if I can just keep it alive!!!

Couldn't Be Happier With This Beautiful Bonsai!
I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase! My bonsai arrived in perfect condition and it looks so happy and healthy. This really made my day. You can really tell that these bonsais were treated with lots of care and attention. Thank you so much! :)

I sent out five plants as gifts and they all arrived beautiful and healthy. Packaging was excellent and I even ordered five bonsai plants for myself. If you notice a huge sale spike in tiger ficus lately it was me. Thank you Brussel's Bonsai Absolute hidden gem here. Totally exceeded expectations

Nice tree, but not styled properly.
My bonsai arrived well packed and in good health. My primary complaint is that it does not have the traditional bonsai styling shown in the picture. The curved trunk is not very pronounced, and there were not branches preserved where the trunk bends. I guess I'll just have to go with a non-traditional style.

First I canceled the order because I didn't mean to buy this specific one and I just got it not even five minutes ago with a return center label on it and it came broken I'm guessing from transportation but the plant it's self is healthy and gorgeous but I didn't want it and cancelled it right after buying I should have never received it

Bonsai does not match the photo shown online..
I ordered a Brussels Bonsai Ficus for myself a year ago and was so pleased with it that I ordered one as a gift for my best friend. She sent me a photo of what she received which looked nothing like mine nor the photo on the website. I have requested a replacement.

Very disappointed
The tree was dead when it arrived. No option for a heating pad at checkout. The tree arrived very cold. The leaves where dried, burned by the cold and in really bad shape. Very disappointed. Too bad I can return it. Please see picture attached- Kingman, AZ.
