The tree was well packaged so it didn't come to me damaged but there was a ton of fruit flies with it so some of the leaves were dead and half eaten.

Chinese Elm Bonsai
I've only had this bonsai a short time and it looks like it's dying already. It's losing a lot of leaves and seemed overwatered when it arrived

I'm giving you a star for the bad shipping service and the lousy packaging two bonsai together bad idea, I received them with the broken pot,the bonsái are perfect.
