The package arrived very securely, and the plant seems to be in good condition. Im not ready to comment yet. I just have to wait until it grows and blooms

When two of my little Trees arrived, I was a little concerned.they were in separate box's,which was good, but my Trident was full of styrofoam.and my elm was bear . Anyway, the are both doing extremely well, growing stronger than ever.and All is looking great. Thank you Walmart.

I was very very pleased with this purchase. It arrived on time, packaged perfectly, and the plant was healthy, and exactly like in the picture. I will most certainly be purchasing more. And one more thing... this same Trident Maple Bonsai (only much smaller and without the pot) is sold here in Phoenix AZ for three times this price!

The tree came healthy and similar looking to what is pictured. The mail drawbacks would be that once the initial prunning and shaping the plant shows a bad previous pruning and also fewer branches than it originally looks to have. This would be an ok tree to buy for a moderate to expert bonsai hobbyist as it will take some time to get it into form . It is possible that the item i recieved wasnt typical pruning ,however it looks to me to be more typical than not as i have experience with mass greenhouse growers and bad habits many have. I am very excited to watch this grow however!

Decent enough if you know what you're buying. Don't expect anything with much bonsai character. The trees have been grown with very little movement in the trunk, and although the one I received looks like it was encouraged to grow some nebari (surface roots), one was obviously allowed to grow at the expense of others, and there's not really any balance to it. Basically, the trees are just grown straight and then hard chopped and placed into a small pot. So, they're very leggy and would need years of growth (preferably in ground) and training to ever look like anything remotely resembling a mature bonsai. Still, the pot is nice and the tree itself has it's own charm. For $25 it makes a pretty nice plant., and what I received is close enough to the advertised image that I can't complain.
