AWESOME!
I really love this video. I was hesitant at first cos the photos look really cheesy, but Krest is the man! He makes you feel so relaxed and motivated while working out with great introductions before each video. They are challenging but fun. My boyfriend has never done yoga before and he loves them!

Simply Amazing!
I checked this out from the Library and fell in love with it the first day. It gives you an amazing workout it's easy to follow AND you get the workouts in 1 DVD. I'm still on the first workout. Well worth the price and the workout is.....AMAZING!

Love this DVD
This will give you a workout. It gives you modificatons for different levels. You have to know some yoga before you use this.

Great Yoga Workout!
A truly excellent yoga workout. I received the DVD about 2 weeks back and it has been part of my daily yoga practice since. Highly recommended.
