Thick Yoga Mat
Love this mat! It's just the right length, thickness and size that I needed. Makes balancing on one foot a little more challenging, which is good.

Just what I needed!
Age has made my knees to the point that getting down and up again for floor exercises difficult. With the now softer landing, getting down to the mat is less daunting.

The thickness is perfect. It’s just the smell is a bit too strong and I started getting headaches. I am returning for the only reason of this item might have harmful chemicals

Thick solid
This is a thick mat which makes it comfortable to use. And if you have any back problems I suggest you check this mat out for this is a sturdy mat that will give you support for your back went you are lying on it.

Sorry, too hard.
If feel this pad is way too hard. Might as well just lay on the carpet. Also too narrow to accommodate some of my exercises. Could have better been wider
