It definitely is sturdy paper. I did find that if you wrap meat to put in freezer, be sure to not bunch the meat up in a freezer bag because they will stick together and it is almost impossible to separate the pieces when you only need a portion. Just freeze individually and once frozen, then store in an airtight bag. I am pleased with the quality of the paper and amount you get per roll. 🙂

I love this product. I use it for packing paper when sending gifts to my family. I've purchased several rolls and will continue to use this product. I ESPECIALLY like that is made in America. Thank you, Bryco.

The butcher paper is just what I needed for cooking brisket. Now that I have it I have found it can be used for moor cooking and baking as well as none cooking uses. It really works well.

Good quality brown paper for what I use it for (disposable place mat under a messy eater). As a bonus, you can roll it out with some washable markers for some creative fun with kids!

I used this for an alternative to Frownies Patches, if you know you know. It's great quality and there is a lot of it.

i do alot of outdoor grilling. This is a must have for this house. I like to wrap the meats in this vs foil.

I bought it to use as a table covering for Christmas Eve dinner, followed by decoratibg Gingerbread cookies. It worked perfectly!

Definitely a good product but just not for what I used it for. I'd like to try again with a different purpose so I could accurately and honestly review without bias.

Sure the product is great, but was delayed multiple times over the course of a few weeks. Bought something off of amazon instead and had in two days.
