It's not the most aesthetically pleasing piece of furniture, but it definitely gets the job done and is comfortable considering the material of the cushions.

love this for my office. I actually bought it for when my granddaughter is here and now she has askrd of she can have it. Maybe after I pay it off😊

Assembly was not the greatest experience with this product. The short length of the wheel/metal attachment pieces alongside lack of pre-drilling holes in the couch itself made it a very frustrating assembly experience. My son %26 I even had to remove fabric from the attachment site %26 pre-drill holes ourselves before beginning the somewhat irritating process of getting the screws to stay in place long enough to attach the wheels. Once assembled, we're otherwise fairly satisfied with the couch bed. It's a bit less comfortable than my son would like, but more supportive %26 comfy than his previous bed. So, definitely an improvement. I would recommend the manufacturer consider a few things to improve this product. One is leaving the attachment site (bottom of couch) uncovered; don't staple fabric where the wheels need to attach. Second, measure %26 pre-drill 1/4 in holes to streamline assembly for customers. Third, lengthen the wheel attachment for easier assembly. This last one makes assembly much faster, less frustrating, %26 overall a far more pleasant experience for any person putting this item together. Additionally, it may be helpful to test out a medium-firmness to improve comfort %26 likelihood of re-purchase %26 word-of-mouth recommendations. As is, I wouldn't recommend this product to others. But I think if these changes were made, myself %26 others would be more than happy to recommend it.

The couch is cute, but for the price I would have expected it to be a little more comfortable and a little bigger. I would also include in the assembly of the side pieces, the instructions tell you to install them pushing down. I had to flip the couch on the side and push the side pieces up from the bottom for both sides. It was very frustrating and I thought about returning it until I had the idea to try it that way.

Super cute couch for the price. Not super comfortable but will do for temporary sleeping arrangements.

Every time you pull it out another screw is missing. It is now turned into something that I don't want it to the cushions in the middle hat split it and from there it just been horrible.

Wrong item was delivered. I paid for a 52.75” Pull-Out Sleeper Sofa. What was delivered was a 44” Pull-Out Sleeper for a child. It was delayed twice for delivery. Now I have to wait for GedEx to pick it up to send back. I also have to wait 7 days for my refund before I can purchase another couch. Very frustrating! Not sure if I want to order from Walmart again. I can't afford another wrong delivery.

I brought the product thinking it was a nice full-size couch for two people and when I got it, it was the size of a chair. It was hard. The instructions were all over the place. You need a drill to drill and it's like it's not easy to assemble, but it was easy to simple, but it was not what I paid for with my money.

After a few montha of use, a seat spring broke and busted through the bottom, tearing into the pull out sofa part. Exteemely disappointing and should absolutely last longer than that. I'm a small female and live alone so it wasn't due to abuse or heavy use. Do not recommend this.
