i believe that for the price, this is a very good item, although i believe there should be more cushioning in each portion.

This was okay but I was a bit disappointed. It was smaller than I thought it would be. It says twin size. However, a twin sheet for sleeping, was too big. It was a little low to the floor. And the padding was lacking to say the least. However, it was cheaper than some others.

It was much smaller than I expected. It is fit for a child not an adult

The cushion we got was not like the Picture, the one we received was half the thickness.

the quality of the material for as the base is concerned was very cheap and very unsteady the weight capacity stated for the item was 300 lb and I don't weigh 300 pounds and the legs bent on the item when my daughter went to sit down the item completely fell apart. Hence the return

Entire experience, a disaster. Purchased Model BSHTI 63 Futon A of a Bed. Delivery in two days. Delivery ended up taking seven days. Arrived. We picked up, took it out of box, assembled. Once assembled, realized it was not what I ordered., The wrong model. Called customer service. Arranged for the Model I ordered to be delivered on the next Monday, at which time I would hand the shipping person the wrong model item for return. This was the agreed upon plan, repeated at least four or five times. Next day, no return label email, called back. Was told, no, they would not do the switch like that. I had to return the item, THEN get the item I purchased a few days later. How many days, I asked? No one could say. Ok. I was not happy, but I agreed. I tried calling the shipping company. They were closed, not opened until Monday, the day they were to pick up item! That created all sorts of trouble for me. In the meantime, I tried to find, in the Walmart website, the model that had been sent to me by mistake. I put in the model number. Nothing resembling the soft-futon came up. I searched and searched. We looked at the item again, and it appeared to have some parts missing. Still, I could not find it on the site. I called Walmart. Was told: "we can't look items up by they model numbers." Seriously, the person said that to me. At a certain point I got the distinct impression that this could have been some kind of scam. Instead of the item I purchased, I was sent a returned item, with an incorrect model number, or something. No one could find the item on the Walmart website. I was finally angry. I said, cancel the pick up, cancel the delivery, I keep this incorrect item. Give me my money back. That got their attention. But they still could not show me the item on the site. Scam. I have ordered things from Amazon for nearly 20 years, and though there are sometimes problems, never anything weird like this. The customer service people were all polite, but I don't think they have been trained. They don't really know what's what, or what they are talking about. A terrible situation all around. I will never ever in a million years purchase anything online from Walmart again. I would recommend that you, if the item is expense, check it would on other sites for cost and all, and consider purchasing it somewhere other than Walmart.
