Overall good couch
It's good for a starter or small space area. It's not super soft but it's still comfortable. Assembly was a bit rough to do when following the paper instructions. They were a little confusing to me because I feel like they were over explaining things. However, the QR code that linked the how to video was great!

Good product
So for its a good product, Value for money. Quality is good except screw (valve kind) all other screws are perfect. average bounce feel, not so great. little more would have been better. easy to convert sofa to bed and bed to sofa. over all good product

when I went to put the item together there was no instructions. and so now they're going to charge me $89 to get it put together. when all they had to do is give me the instructions I can do it myself. having to pay $89 to have it done is ridiculous

Very little
It's tiny, I didn't realize just how small it was gonna be and I'm 4'10 but it's doing its job for now

Tiny
its very cute and chic BUT not realistic for lounging/being comfortable. I knew it was going to be small but it's absolutely tiny. Honestly thought it would be fine considering the price but I wouldn't recommend unless it's temporary or for a childs room or office.

Very difficult assembly, instructions were poor. Will probably use as an outdoor seating space in the future.

Not worth it
The material is very brittle. The Futon itself is basically nonexistent. It is so thin you feel all the metal you're sitting on. I have had it a couple of weeks and the legs are already bending out of shape.
