This couch is amazing for the price! I am so picky. But this couch is my favorite purchase this year.
This couch is stylish and comfy and will have you never wanting to get up! Our family loves it!
Came in two separate shipping a week apart
STAY AWAY!!! the product description for this item says that the product may arrive in two boxes with a total weight of 156 pounds. When I received my shipment confirmation via FedEx, Walmart only sent FedEx one box totaling 83 pounds Customer Service essentially said everything‘s automated and there's nothing they can do???? Said they weren't able to contact the fulfillment center to get a solution. They did offer for freight courier to come pick up the goods to at least take the hassle of returning it off my shoulders. I was also recommended not to purchase anything with no reviews, even if sold and shipped by Walmart.
Poorly packaged. Package came torn on multiple places. Multiple places produced has holes. Lower cover cloth is not properly fit. Cushion are still not came in perfect size after 48 hours. Screw holes in couch have broken wood powder coming out and not fitted properly. Product doesn't look as described in description.
