Once put together, this futon is a decent place to sit and relax. Although it's a bit confusing trying to follow the instructions, the video is a great help and it goes together quickly. Much easier with someone who has put one together previously. Although it's a little tough to say how durable it is, a comfortable place to sit or lay down.

This product has a BUNCH of manufacturing issues, a bunch of HOLES throughout the product and a bunch of holes that are not able to even be filled in due to not having screws inside of holes. The arms of the couch have about 5 different holes to choose from so your arms will NOT be sturdy(leaning on one side of the arm will turn the arm completely because the holes for arms to be screwed in aren't equal. You are not able to freely move the couch because all parts are not secure due to holes being misplaced and not aligned properly. Also should be noted this is EXTREMELY low to the floor! I am an adult 5'0 and it looks like it is made for a kids room , way lower than even my side tables for living room. Overall I would NOT buy.

Sits really low to the ground. But is firm and sturdy. If it had more height to it i would give it a better rating.

It's a good futon for the price. A lot harder/firmer than expected, but it's worth it if you literally have nothing. 😂

this furniture was difficult and putting together especially without any instructions no instructions came with it and I tried to go on a cold that was on the box and it comes in numbers and letters I don't know how to open it up to see the instructions

I received the package DAMAGED!! WITH A HUGE HOLE IN THE BOX PUNCTURING the couch! And they were NOT delivered to my door they were LEFT at the bottom of my apt stairs were they could've been a victim of theft ! And both couches were missing some screws also one couch is NOT sturdy and difficult to transform into a futon due to the couch legs

Came with things not correct on the couch had to ghettofy the couch just to put it together. instructions on the paper doesnt match the video QR code link whatsoever the video doesnt even show how to apply some of the pieces. All in all spend a little extra cash on that nicer couch.

Received product with missing parts. Called for replacement and they replaced with another defective product. Called for refund . Would not recommend 😕 this product at All .

I ordered this futon and it came with a missing seat so I sent it back for a replacement and the replacement came and the seat was still missing. I am not sure if this happens a lot but just a warning for anyone purchasing.

I am very disappointed in this sofa, the pictures looked soo good! I got it out it together to discover it's very low quality, hard %26 uncomfortable it feels like your sitting on hard wood! Then a month later it broke, sat down %26 crack went the wood! Now I have a sofa I just bought that's totally worthless
