Great chair, but I only received ONE of the "set of 2 chairs" and it was a complete hassle to get the missing chair. Wal-mart would not send out a replacement until they could have Fedex pick up the ONE I received. Then they couldn't say when the replacement set would arrive. It could possibly take a month. On top of that, I had assembled the one chair I did receive because I thought they would send me the second one. Oh, no. They need me to unassemble and repack this chair so Fedex can pick it up and only then will they re-send me a set of chairs. So, I reordered the chairs and when they get here I will have them come pick up one of those which will be left in the packaging. The customer service manager who I talked with on the phone agreed with me that this would be the easiest thing to do because sending me the one missing chair is not possible. All the different customer service people were very nice and understanding, but they really have no way to fix things easily. Such a headache! I really hope this second order comes in with 2 chairs. I will update on Monday, June 29 when my second order is now supposed to arrive.
