It dissolves great in cold water without leaving lumps. I have felt great during my workouts, it helps a lot with hydration and muscle recovery without giving that feeling of heaviness. I've used the sane grape flavor of amino X. it helps recovery and keeps a steady stream of bcaa's feeding my muscles I'm a natural bodybuilder, and i aoent a lot if miney on supp's. I've tried all the brands and always go back to my grape 🍇 drank 😋😋😋

There were little clumps after a good shaking. I have used this after training session and outside work. It has helped.

I did notice a difference in muscle recovery since starting to use this product and it tastes exactly like grape ! (I did take one star off due to the chemical aftertaste)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all this flavor is much better than I thought it would be. Grape flavoring can be hit or miss but this one is very enjoyable to drink. It mixes perfectly with the water leaving no clumps. I like to drink this during my workouts. The only reason this doesn't received a perfect rating is because it contains artificial dyes (blue 2 & red 40).

Zero sugar, zero caffeine, and 10g of Amino Acids per serving. Also, I'm a grape flavor lover. Amino Acids aid in muscle recovery. This product helps keep up my endurance, keeps me hydrated, and makes my post workouts not feel like I've been hit by a brick. Soreness on leg days or run are not as bad. One thing I will note is the flavor and mixing. It does take a bit to mix if in regular water. I also put my mixes in a blender with ice so that helped. The flavor wasn't my favorite. However it a light hint of grape. I however mix mine with sugar free flavor enhancer packs. When opening the container it does smell like a generic grape vitamin scent. This can be mixed on its own or in any beverage which worked out perfect for me.
