[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took me a minute to figure out how to unlock this carry-on when it arrived. I wish that they had attached the lock instructions somewhere to the outside of the suitcase, instead of inside. Looked it up online and found out that when it initially arrives all you need to do is flip a switch by the lock numbers for it to open. Other than that initial frustration, this is actually a really nice carry-on suitcase. The material is nice. It doesn't get dirty easily, and it doesn't seem like it will break anytime soon. It has many zippered pockets, both inside the main compartment, and on the outside, and it was able to fit all of my belongings for a four day trip. The four wheels are nice and quiet, and make it easy to roll around a crowded airport. No issues with size when bringing with me onto a plane. Now that I know how to use it, I actually love the locking mechanism. It was easy to set a new code. And it makes me feel secure having it locked both while I'm at the airport, and while it sits in my hotel room during the day when I'm not there. Definitely recommend!

While it took me a little bit to figure out the lock since there were no instructions, after playing around for a few minutes I was able to get it. It is very durable, the wheels roll nicely, the material is excellent quality. I am a messy traveler, this carryon has so many different pockets that I can actually stayed organized. I love the lock on the bag & I no longer need an additional lock. If you're looking for a new carryon I would definitely recommend this product, you will not be disappointed.

Lots of storage, even came with a holder for important paper. Has a lock on it as well which i've ever had. Super easy to roll. Couldn't get more perfect!
