BTS j-hope Idol Doll

Loved it, but I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Great quality and so real looking. The hair is real, not moulded and its been beautifully styled. The facial features are defined and detailed - it actually resembles J-Hope. The eyes and mouth are painted bright and his expression is smiling. I love how intricate his clothing is and its nicely stitched. There are even treads on his shoes which I love. His stance is full of personality and all his joints move so he can be posed in many multiple ways. The packaging is slick and full of BTS logos, a nice touch is that the logo is moulded into the plastic. Would say 'J-Hope' name on box could be printed in a more contrasting colour so it was better seen from distance, apart from that, really slick packaging making it appealing to older children and collectors too.

Very impressed with this product. It's very detailed. My daughter pointed out how effectively the shoes slipped on and then fixed tightly back on again. The dolls joints all move easily. My son was manipulated the doll to dance easily. We would definitely purchase the other dolls in this range.

This J-Hope doll is so nicely designed, everything, the hair and it's style, the suite and the shoes, the way how this doll is moving and how easily you can adjust it's body and feet position. This quality doll is really very affordable for the offered price and I do recommend this doll to other customers.

My 9 year old absolutely loved playing with the J-Hope doll. It is so easy to unbox aswell unlike most dolls. My daughter is a big BTS fan so to have the dolls is fab! I would definately recommend these dolls.

I was impressed with the amount of detail in the face and how much resemblance there is. The doll were designed with such careful attention to details. It has uniquely molded and painted features that are really beautiful and accurate. And the best part is that it is articulated which is a Rare find in a lot of dolls. If your child is A fan then they will love this as part of the collection.

Cute doll! While the resemblance to the artist is not uncanny, it is definitely recognizable. I especially appreciate that it is jointed, making it easy to pose. Unfortunately, the clothing is disappointing. Only half of the shirt is constructed, and it is stitched into the sides of the jacket (unlike the Jungkook doll, but exactly like the other BTS dolls). The suit fabric is also rather thick and plastic-like, so it does not drape well (also like the other BTS dolls). Although the body-type is slimmer than the slim Ken doll, this one can wear some clothing that is made for slim Kens. The only other issue I had with the doll (and all of Mattel's BTS dolls) is the fact that its calves are so much longer than its thighs. Anatomically, it is just bizarre, and I have no idea why they chose to construct it in such a fashion. Still, the doll is well made and fun to pose. Overall, it is great for play, though the fashion is limited.

Honestly, these fashions are too matchy matchy and too busy. It is the reason I only got them on clearance. Better ask the stars to wear something else so Mattel can tastefully and accurately replicate .

The doll itself is great I love it but when I ordered it the box was all types of messed up. The plastic at the front was almost completely off of the box, there was tape on the cardboard, and the plastic holding the doll in place was broken.

This came in plastic packaging that had been cut open and was glued to the back piece of cardboard. The doll itself is cheap looking like a dollar store Barbie knockoff. There is no branding on the packaging at all. Just cardboard, plastic, and the doll.
