BTS SUGA Idol Doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product arrived in great condition in it's packaging, secure but easy to unpack. My step-daughter loved it when it arrived, even though it's "basic" (no accessories) like other items contain. It's well made and tidy. Overall would recommend.

Love the doll but 2nd time I ordered it and the box is broken. Disappointed with the shipping so I think I would buy it in person and avoid shipping.

Arrived on time however the box the doll is in was slightly damaged the doll was perfectly fine just box was damaged really upsetting i feel like it should've been packed with more care but overall happy and I love

This is a set of super popular dolls. This one and every doll in the set arrived in individual boxes, each which was old, bent, dusty, cracked, and some even completely open. Don't bother ordering another set. It will arrive in the same condition!

I will never order from Wal-Mart again 2nd order this week i received the same way open no case how is it ok your sending products that are not sealed with EVERYTHING going on

Was sent in plastic bag..packaging was smashed..open..and looked like it was someone's return..very disapointed..cannot give this as a Christmas gift..wasted my money

the box was extreamly damaged and ugly, as a collector dont buy it if you are going to display the box
