Saw this overlooked movie on cable for the first time 4 months ago & was really floored at how politically incorrect & outrageously hilarious it was & it just gets funnier every time I view it. I never realized that that Swoozy Kurtz was such a talented commedian. The plot involves a boy (Jake), when born, was led to believe that he had no immunities by his religeous right-wing crack-pot of a mother to protect him from all the evils of the outside world & has to contend with living in a artificial enviroment (plastic bubble) for the rest of his life. Somehow this prevents him from having a normal relationship with the girl of his dream (Marley Sheldon), who then runs off to Niagra Falls to marry a jerk. Bubble boy realizes he has to stop this marriage from occurring in order to let his girlfriend know how he really feels about her. He leaves his safe confinements, & travels the highway & byways of America to Niagra Falls & along the way runs into an assortment of truly dangerous (Danny Trejo), weird & wacky characters. Does Bubble Boy complete his journey & reunite with the love of his life? Check it out....

Great movie to watch great price

Jake Gyllenhaal was hilarious

I love this movie!

There was alot of controversy about this movie since it was based on a real life disease. But if people really gave it the time, it actually has alot of heart in it. The real message of the movie is to keep an open mind and enjoy the ride.

This movie is over all a really good movie. It will really help those people who are in need of a good laugh, or someone who just wants to see a really good movie. It's hilarious and I would recommend it for everyone who likes comedy movies.

This movie in incredibly underrated and is a true classic comic in the vein of Billy Madison.

Great movie, better if it came in blueray

I haven't seen this since movie since I was young and I was really looking forward to seeing it again but when I played it , it kept playing the previews for the movie crazy/beautiful like repetitively .. and when I tried to skip it or go to menu options, it kept replaying the previews again! Like the actual movie would not play. I've never had any problems with my DVDs I buy at walmart; this is so upsetting! And when I went to the store to return it; they didn't want to return it at first; ugh like why would I want to keep a dvd that just plays the preview for crazy/beautiful on replay mode. I'm just gonna buy it again somewhere else.

love this movie but all it was was a preview of crazy beautiful, as one of the other reviews said.
