So delicious. This product has so many fantastic flavors. Just a hit of "yum". i dont do carbonation so i open the can and pour into a glass and leave in the refrigerator to let the carbonation go out. i still feel like im treating myself and drink these between drinking water. The grapefruit flavor is just of of the many offered.
Pros * Grapefruit gives the sparkling water a sharper, more citrusy flavor. * Zero sugar keeps it light compared with soda. Con * The bitter citrus note isn't for everyone. Fun Fact * Grapefruit is a natural hybrid of sweet orange and pomelo.
Bubly makes good seltzer. The carbonation is pretty high, which I like. Grapefruit is one of their better flavors, even my grandson likes it. I love how refreshing seltzer water is: no sweeteners (so no calories or worries of stomach upset from sugar alcohols), no cloying aftertaste, just clean flavor. Especially good going into hotter weather!
I like grapefruit Bubly, it's one of my regular flavors. But I'm really here to talk about the Tiki Sunrise flavor, that was only available for like 2 weeks and then NEVER IN STOCK AGAIN. HOW CAN YOU DO THIS TO ME, WALMART???? :( Bring it baaaaaaaaack
I enjoy sparking water with 0 calories. I thought the value for the money was good when it was selling for $2.97. Now, it's $4.97. I will add water for my extra-large drinking cup and sometimes will add lemonade power to it. That's just me to make it last larger. It gets me to drink more water with no calories.
A refreshing fizzing grapefruit sparkling water drink with no calories, or sweeteners. The grapefruit flavor is in every drink. The ingredient list is carbonated water, and natural flavoring, that's all. I'm watching my calories, without sacrificing flavor or an unpronounceable ingredient list.
I buy these in most of the flavors, they are great for giving up soda or other high calorie beverages. This one, grapefruit, is very hard to get past the smell. It tastes ok, just not sure what they put in it that gives it the weird smell....
40% of the cans arrived damaged. don't know how this happens, but the tops are pressed up to a point and I've received some of them leaking like this. The ones that aren't leaking are difficult to drink from. This particular box wasn't leaking but the next one I received from Walmart delivery was, though it was a different brand. Something is going on with how they are handling canned drinks.
Bubly is one of my go-to brands, and some of my favorite sparkling water flavors come from them. That’s exactly why this one stood out so much in a negative way. I didn’t originally choose this flavor, it was sent as a substitute because the one I ordered wasn’t available. I still gave it a fair try, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I’m usually careful with grapefruit drinks because they can lean too bitter, and this one goes heavily in that direction. Every sip was dominated by bitterness without much balance or refreshing citrus flavor to soften it. I gave it multiple tries to make sure it wasn’t just a first impression, but it stayed consistently sharp and difficult to enjoy. In the end, I wasn’t able to finish it. If you already like very strong, bitter grapefruit flavors, this might be something you’d enjoy. But if you’re expecting something lighter and more refreshing, this could be disappointing, especially if it’s your first time trying the brand. For me personally, this is not a flavor I would pick again, even though I’ve had much better experiences with their other options.
I really don't like writing negative reviews. I really try to see the positive in each new product I try. However, in this case, I just can't bring myself to recommend this product to anyone I know. I kind of expected a sweet, light taste with a grapefruit flavor. Instead, I got a chemical-y taste, really tastes like nothing that I care for. I let another person try it and they poured it right out. We both tried mixing it with real juice afterwards, but it didn't help. It just didn't tastes good for us. Maybe other people will like this product, but I am not planning on buying it again.
