This is the best pre-workout I've tried! I love the watermelon, it has a sour taste to it like the watermelon flavored sour patch kids.

For the taste, I'll say it tastes better than most powdered drinks %26 mind you, I HATE how powdered drinks taste so that says a lot from me! It does give me the “preworkout-itchies”. I'd say it gives good energy without crash because of the paraxanthine. I'm not 100% sure about the energy though because I've always had problems with my energy levels before this drink, but I think for a regular girly it would work. Wouldn't hurt to try in my opinion!
