I love the ice cone in the middle. Your drink doesn't get watered down. You need some room in your freezer though. That part is kind of tall. I also like the little compartments in the top tray. We served lemon water and provided extra lemon wedges and sweetener packets for those who wanted to make lemonade. The sturdy plastic is lightweight and it won't smash into a thousand pieces if it's dropped. Looks like glass without the weight.

Bought two for my wedding - they worked great and looked beautiful on display. I especially loved the insert that allowed us to keep the drinks cool by putting ice in the center without letting it melt into the drink and dilute it. Great price at Walmart - same item is more expensive elsewhere.

Last minute addition to a wedding reception. Item came quickly and was exactly as described. The spout worked well, and did not leak. The cone for the ice was good. And the ability to decorate was great. We only used it once, so we can not speak to longevity; but great for the occassion.

YA'llll this is great!!!! There are so many things you can do with it. We have used it for a childs birthday, a grad party %26 hopefully future things too! It's not just alcohol related which is what I thought when I first saw it and was going to move on. Put ice in the middle to keep the refreshment cool, add fruit to the top for people to add and decor in the bottom to top it off!!!!

I purchased two of these to use at my son's school, they have been great for all of our functions. This beverage dispenser is a stylish and practical addition to any gathering—easy to fill, simple to pour, and perfect for serving everything from infused water to cocktails. The addition of the lid that can hold fruit etc. is great although I haven't used it yet. It looks beautiful on the table and makes hosting feel effortless.

excellent container my only issue is with the spout being plastic or I don't know if there's a better material that can be used for that but the container worked perfectly for a birthday event lightweight plastic hose three and a half gallons on a base just watch the spout.

THIS was a great way to serve our signature drink at a medium sized event. I love the top that can serve drink condiments. I also like the ice container in the middle to keep the drink cool. This was cleverly engineered and I would buy it again and recommend it to others.

Great Dispenser. Lost a star due to packaging. I ordered three of these and was fortunate to receive all of them without damage. This is surprising due to the fact that they were in bags with NO packaging, not even bubble wrap. I can see where breakage/damage from shipping could be a thing.

I took off on star because my item didn't come in a box! I ordered online for pickup at a local store and the item was placed in the car without a box. This was clearly a return. I have the 2023 version of this dispenser (ordered from Sam's) which had a box.

Okay, IF you can get a whole unit with all 4 pieces, this thing is great. But buy it in store and make sure it has all the pieces- base, ice insert, tub, and cap. And make sure the ice insert isn't shoved in in such a way you can't get it out. I ordered 2 online to be shipped to my house and they came at different times. The first one showed up with no base at all. Returning it is an absolute hassle! The second one showed up with a base but with the ice insert shoved in incorrectly and we couldn't get it out so have to return that one too. At the store my husband had to mix and match parts to get a full, working unit. They're okay, but honestly not worth the hassle if they can't find a better way to keep them together.
