Ordered 12 double water bags and 2 of the 12 were defected, would not hold any water. I called customer service and they replaced the bags. Great customer service, not question asked

Purchased 6 and 2 leaked water from the seam immediately after filling with water. 1 had a slow leak after a day or so. Contacted company and replacements were sent quickly. Time will tell in regards to durability but I am very happy with the great customer service!

The cover is excellent… always are. 20% of the double chamber water bags leak. That's typical based on my 25 years of experience. Do they test these things?

I would not recommend. 5 of the bags had small splits at the seam. therefore it wouldn't hold the water.

Cover is great but one of the corner bags a purchased the first day had a hole in it. Can you send me a new one?

Two have already busted of the 12 I'm using. I must have put to much water. I only half filled them though..

I ordered 6 bags. the quality was noted immediately as I opened the bad... CHEAP AND THIN. 1 leaked, company sent me 2 replacements. One new bags leak also. the poorest cheapest quality ever. I hope what I have makes it thru the winter. Plenty of room was left for expansion! dont waste your money.

would reccommend a thicker material. I ordered 4 of these and 1 of them appears to not be holding water any longer.
