The cover is fine! Only issue is that it is bigger than I expected. I ordered a 30'x50' cover for my 18'x40' pool. What I got was a 35'x55' cover. I now realize when you state my 30'x50' pool that you automatically add on length assuming one does not lower water level. I maintain my own pool and always drop the level below my skimmers for safety or freezing as opposed to just plugging all outlets. Anyway I will use the cover that you sent me without any issues. No problem, just a misunderstanding on my part. Thank you!

Easy ordering process and very prompt delivery. Cover was just put on for the season so I can't comment currently on durability. Will review in the spring

When ordering the pool cover, winterizing kit and 6x6 cover pillow, it was estimated to be delivered by Friday. Cool, can get the pool winterized on the weekend. But on that Thursday, day be for Friday, received a notice that the merch will be delayed, but will be delivered on Monday. Ok fine. Have to delay the work for a week. Unfortunate, and sad to be delayed a week. In the future, just need to plan for possible delays. It worked out all good. Winterizing went well. 6x6 pillow is huge. Pool cover has generous side drop, thus easy to keep stuff out for Winter.

Like the quality so far but only time will tell. Ordered a 24' cover and has plenty of overlap to easily cover and secure. I like how the box says for 24' pool but cover is actually 28' in size. This is actually the second one I've had, the first one got a small hole after four years so I ordered another.

I have previously purchased the more expensive Rip Stopper cover twice and they have never last past two years without shredding and leaking, very disappointing! So I purchased the Supreme to see if it can last past two years for less money since I have to throw away after 2 seasons regardless.

It seems as though the material is a bit thinner than in the past. That may not be a problem, I will know more next spring. The cable is aggravatingly short. I wish it was about a foot longer. The ratcheting cable tensioner is garbage. Both plastic grommets came out and the crank handle keeper washer fell off.

Hi! I am a long time customer. I buy most pool stuff from you, but not all ( other sales). My new cover is still in the box-trying to get to water off my old cover to remove it. The green/black covers tend to last me one, maybe 2 years, then they rot. My present cover is 1 year old and falling apart. Any suggestions for longer lasting covers?

we were hoping that this cover, what with about 2' border, would easily stay on the pool. we ran the cable through all the cable-thingies, put a dozen water-filled plastic containers around the perimeter, but still the wind lifted the cover off the pool-edge. oh, and we tried to tighten the cable a bit more, and it broke

Just received my pool cover last week. The quality was horrible. You could see right through it . called your hotline. They said they would only give me back 15% off another one. I would never order again if customer service is going to be like this on a brand new piece of merchandise. Your finger will go right through it. Thats how thin it is
