There was 1 piece missing and we had 11 extra pieces. When I said something the rrsponse was to return the puzzle. Took us 2 weeks to complete and we can not complete.

Wrong pieces
Some of the pieces were bent and get this, after finally getting down to the last 2 pieces, they didn't even fit in the puzzle. It was the right picture but they were cut differently. Incredibly disappointed after putting in all that time.

Incomplete product
The puzzle is missing 25 pieces! The entire thing was completed in place on a large table, so there was no room for pieces to be lost. They were simply not in the box.
