Absolutely loved them and they were a big hit at the Wine Glass Run, however one of the bells was missing the clapper. I am going to bring back with receipt to see if I can get exchange because I am going to order another set. They are perfect for fun events!

good bells but got jipped out of 1.
bells were nice. but i only received 5 instead of 6. called and got a refund and was able to keep the 5 bells. i needed 6 so i had to go out and buy one more.

Management needs to do better!
They arrived with no padding, flinging around in the box, even with clear plastic wrap on them they arrived very dirty and stained. The plastic was that way so it was before shipment. I had to scrub them clean. Luckily most came off but still I should NOT have to do that. Also the handle breaks off. So be prepared to super glue it yourself. Also I have had a ball pop off before too! Other than that they were fine if youd even consider that fine. But its still unacceptable to sell something in that condition. Just prepared you have to clean and fix them when they arrive. This company needs to do wayyy better in storing and packaging and quality control management of checking their items! I couldnt imagine buying anything else from them because of the state of these items.
