BUG TAR REMOVER LQD 16OZ (Pack of 1)

While in the middle of upgrading all four with a brake kit my truck was on stands under an oak tree. I had an emergency and had to stop working on it. At that time the sap was falling out of that tree like it was snowing. And in Texas it got baked on everyday then another layer on top. My beautiful shadow black truck was a mess. I tried the soap I use for stripping everything down to clear coating when I do paint correction. Didn't phase the sap. Isopropyl alcohol worked but it took forever and I don't like to let alcohol dwell on it that long. I didn't know what I was going to do and super worried the sap had ruined my paint. I watched several videos and read several things on line. Put a plan together and went shopping. The stuff I was going to have to buy was going to have to be carefully used as it will harm other parts of my truck. When I got to town I went to Advanced Auto to return something. While there I decided to look around and I'm glad I did. I found Seafoam Bugs B Gone that not only said it worked on sap but was for all surfaces. I got home and tried it on a spot and let it sit 2 minutes sprayed a little more on a microfiber towel and rubbed the sap right off. I ended up using a two bucket method of strong car soap and spraying a section at the time and let it sit then washed it off. It took off the sap down to the clear coat. The sap had already done some damage and was in the clear coat. Seafoam got me as far as I needed so I could polish the rest out and save my paint.

Great stuff works fantastic . You can use on any surface noy not worry about damaging it!!!!!!

AMAZING product that actually works as advertised - I travel frequently in FL during Love Bug Season and they can make a mess in just minutes ... and I have tried other products to remove the bug crud, which did an okay job but nowhere close to Bugs B Gone.

Just drove a new truck home from a dealership 500 miles away.... needless to say, a lot of bugs to deal with! I've detailed professionally in my younger years and this product, by far, was the easiest process with virtually no elbow grease required, I've ever worked with. I sprayed it on just before washing the front of the truck, everything came off with a quick swipe of the wash mit. Will definitely be purchasing more. My only suggestion would be a better quality trigger handle.... it's very cheap and can crack easily, which would necessitate finding another sprayer bottle to put remaining contents in.

I was somewhat disappointed in the product. I have tried it on 3 different vehicles, none of which were heavily covered in bugs. I followed the directions and was able to get the bugs off only after scrubbing them. The amount of scrubbing was essentially the same ad I would have done with any other, less expensive, bug removal products.

Last year I got this product in a red spray bottle and it worked great but bought this new white round bottle a week ago and it is not the same it wont touch anything on the front of my van. This new bottle has to be a watered down formula or all together different It dos not work at all !

The sprayer top was broken. I returned it Aug 2 via a Blaine, MN Walmart (Ball Rd) and the credit to post to my card on Aug 5
