The built-in microwave oven-w/trim kit-black did not com e wheth the kit like it sees soe we ordered one and was charged for it

missing parts and told that i would get another one shipped after walmarts process. i threw away the box and then get notification that i have to return original. i cant. now i have a micrwave with no trim. didnt get what i paid for and was scammed into keeping the original with missing parts.

PRODUCT IS NOT THE ITEM DESCRIBED!!!
the microwave product itself is adequate and serves its purpose. The PRODUCT description however is not accurate and i should've read the other reviews. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TRIM KIT. YOU WILL HAVE TO COUGH UP ANOTHER $50-$100 FOR A TRIM KIT ELSEWHERE.

Misrepresented and Walmart doesn't seem to care!
It says W trim kit. The pictures show the trim kit. Walmarts only solution was return it. After reading the reviews I realized that MANY people have written about this issue. Walmart needs to hold there vendors accountable! I asked Walmart to have them send me the trim kit and they said no. I bet you in a week It will still say W/trim kit! Sad!

False Advertising
False Headline! They advertise it comes with Trim Kit and it does not. Tried to get money back and return and spent an hour on chat and they said they would issue refund and email me shipping label and have not received either of those as of yet. Very disappointed!!

Sent the wrong microwave. We got the 1.0 cubic ft without trim kit. I called twice and was told they would send the right trim kit but have not. Very disappointed in service.

LIARS! CHEATS! FALSE ADVERTISING! Sellers misrepresented the item they were selling. Said came with trim kit, lie! Unscrupulous and shady people being allowed to sell items on Walmarts' site. Shame on Walmart.
