A Special Sugar
I use this special sugar for some great hot cocoa mix l make for gifts at Christmas. The sugar is supposed to be powdered in the food processor. This particular brand doesn't powder as some I've had in the past. Other than that, l love the course sugar. It works great on topping muffins and cookies and picks up the colors from food covering. A bit expensive to completely switch to using it in everything but for special baking needs it's great.
