Great product. Great price.
These are really good. However, please note that they do have pits! As another reviewer said, they are a bit "chewy". Of course, they are a lot cheaper than the pitted alternatives. I find that it's not hard to eat around the pits, but I have found that putting them in the microwave for 5-8 seconds solves the chewy problem and makes pitting them very easy. Don't over heat as they get hot very fast. Once they are heated, the taste and texture is every bit as good the more expensive pitted version. I love dates and eat them almost daily. I heat them just a bit, bite off one end and squeeze the pit out. If you are using them in a dish or recipe, you could just slice the end off . I highly recommend them.
