We use this for depression and unable to think clearly under pressure, feeling overwhelmed w simple things even etc. It was recommended in a book by Dr. Ross called the mood cure. I highly recommend the product and Dr. Ross's book. Basically it is recommended that you take it and if symptoms don't relieve within 20 minutes, you take another one, etc. until you find your level of need or at some point, you realize the product's not helping. Then that is your dosage which you stay on for three months and then you try going off to see if symptoms come back. We find that we still have to take some during times of stress and to keep reserves built up. But there is a point where we use a lot less.

I thought the price for the product was very reasonable I thought the tablets were a little big for the size. I found no unpleasant aftertaste with these in fact found them fairly easy to take on a schedule. I've been taking them only for about a week and a half I normally find it takes a couple months to feel a difference in mood however with these I felt a slight difference after only 5 days I would recommend this product
